Each course is a  training joining in the same course four formations Acupressure and Mesotherapy Acupuncture, Mesopuncture or MAM.

*-* The training is
Primarily, a teaching on how to recognize into the thickness of the skin, the location of APs (Acupuncture Points), electively used in Chinese medicine and chosen by Bleu Medical, acting in the treatment to help by Acupuncture various aesthetic or health disorders described in the training.

* For each selected AP, we propose an exhaustive diagram of the AP, with detailed legend indicating the relationship of this AP with the neighboring APs and anatomical structures surrounding the AP, the depth of insertion of the needle  although the acupuncture needle can be inserted in any part of the apth of the AP into the thickness of the skin, and how to insert it into the AP according to its location in various regions of the body, for example, in the back.

Secondly a teaching on how to delimit the dermal zone related to these APs where will be created MPs (Mesotherapy Points).

Thirdly how to activate these APs: By external stimulation (Moxas, laser...) and internal stimulation by compact needle are well known.

We offer, in addition, external or internal stimulation by a liquid drug or Mesopuncture, initiated by the Chinese Medicine. Mesopuncture includes two new innovations that are the fundamentals of Mesotherapy:

  1. Use of liquid drug and
  2. a hollow needle

Mesotherapy is used by the Therapist, to distribute the chosen drug, eventually identical to that used in Mesopuncture, in micro-doses injected by needle or delivered by iontophoresis that create the MPs, in any part of the dermis, including the dermis between two APs and facing the altered area of the body.
That is why, in our training, we propose to recognize the dermal area surrounding the PA to create MPs which are often adjacent or surrounding APs.

This juxtaposition of APs and MPs, allows the hollow needle of the BMN to create in the dermis surrounding the AP, various MPs, after the double stimulation of the AP: Metallic needle (Acupuncture) and fluid stimulus (Mesopuncture).

*-* The knowledge of the injectable liquid drug
Each Therapist has the freedom to choose the drug he considers the best suited to treat the condition in question. All injectable drugs, intravenous or intramuscular, can be used, but with a preference for liquid drugs wherein the excipient is aqueous rather than oily. The translucency of the reservoir of the BMN can confirm the needle is not in a blood vessel, during injection into the skin.

The liquid drug keeps its therapeutic virtues, but we also used its qualities of mechanical stimulation of the AP that will join the stimulation by the metal needle stimulation of the BMN.

This differentiates Mesopuncture from Mesotherapy, apart from the fact that the AP is theoretically, located, into the entire thickness of the skin and the MP is, theoretically, created into the dermis and superficial hypodermis.

Another difference between Mesopuncture and Mesotherapy: Any product injected as distilled water or saline (often used by beginners) even without therapeutic virtues, is able to stimulate the AP, this is not the case in Mesotherapy where the MP cannot be created without active therapeutic properties.

*-* Conduct of the MAM session
In practice, to perform this triple therapy two data are fundamental
•    Location of the AP in the skin is the cornerstone of the treatment.
•    BMN seems to be the most adequate device.

Location of the AP
This AP, carefully located, will be stimulated, by metal (Acupuncture) and liquid stimulation (Mesopuncture). This liquid drug with therapeutic action, will be used to create Mesotherapy points.

Using the BMN
As for Mesotherapy, gun is an adequate device, BMN is the suitable device for performing, when inserted into the skin, Mesotherapy Acupuncture and Mesopuncture or MAM.

For metal stimulation (or traditional acupuncture) the needle should remain in place a score of minutes. From this AP and in all the dermic area linking it to nearby APs, will be created by injecting the liquid drug into the dermis, numerous MPs.

It is stated, also that, all the selected points may not be treated by the BMN: It is often useful to mix compact acupuncture needles and BMN, this is left to the appreciation of each Therapist but it is desirable that the BMN would be inserted next to and into all the treatment area where Mesotherapy points will be created, preferably facing the altered part of the body.

*-* This training is proposed for beginners and professionals.
**For Therapist not acupuncturist

The training is easy; the essential objective of the course is the location of the AP, at the expense of the study of

•    various energy disturbances eventually noted in the course,
•    diseases seen under the acupuncture angle,
•    different functions and multiple indications of AP.

Some of these treatments can be found in training organized by associations of acupuncturists, for example, but the problem is that, in these formations, are cited very many references to the disorders of yin yang, energy, to the examination of the tongue, pulse etc. and are, therefore, more or less inaccessible to Therapist not acupuncturist. In other respects, even if a training locally, for example on energy Yin Yang, TAO etc. will be able to supplement this initial training, the selected and suggested points will remain.

Some practical details

•    A short description of the respective places of the Patient and the Therapist at the consultation of Therapist.
•    Instructions for use of the BMN, instructions can be found in each box of BMN, also. The BMN, remains the most appropriate device to achieve the triple therapy or MAM.

** For Therapist Acupuncturist

Our course shows another energy disturbance, another association of APs, they surely know, but not, perhaps, applied in this treatment.
